This Privacy Policy explains how the RDB HRM application ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information. By installing or using the App you agree to the practices described below.

RDB HRM is provided by Rural Development Bank ("the Company"). The App is an internal Human Resource Management and banking-services application for employees and authorized users of the Company.
We only collect data that is needed to operate the App's features.
The App uses the camera to scan QR codes (for example, for payments or quick actions). Camera images are processed on the device to read the code and are not stored or transmitted as photos.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications, which requires a device notification token.
We do not collect or sell data for advertising, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We process this data to perform our contract/service relationship with you, for our legitimate interests in operating a secure service, and to comply with legal obligations.
While we apply reasonable safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as required to provide the App's services, and thereafter only as needed to meet legal, regulatory, accounting, or audit requirements. When no longer required, data is deleted or anonymized.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent (for example, by disabling location or notification permissions in device settings).
You can manage location, camera, and notification permissions at any time in your device's system settings. To exercise other rights, contact us at info@rdb.com.la. Some requests may be subject to the Company's record-keeping obligations.
The App is intended for employees and authorized adult users only. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your data may be processed in the country where the Company and its service providers operate. Where data is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected under applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
